I’ve always believed that data has a story to tell, and this time, I wanted to hear the story of the people behind the data.
So, I rolled up my sleeves and dug into over 500 LinkedIn profiles of Data Analysts in Los Angeles. Not just any profiles, I focused on those with more than 500 connections. Because, let’s be honest, if someone has 500+ connections, they’re already playing an active game in the professional world.
What I discovered was fascinating, and if you’re a recruiter, you’ll want to pay close attention.
First, the big picture: this is a young, hungry crowd.
What this means for you: These candidates are wide-eyed and ambitious. They’re looking for their first big opportunity, a chance to prove themselves and grow fast.
Now, here’s the good stuff for hiring:
Tip for recruiters: Offer them projects that stretch their abilities. Show them a path for growth, and you’ll win their attention.
